5. Fees

Our services are provided on a contingency fee basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

• No fee is owed unless funds are successfully recovered.
• Our fee is 30% of recovered funds.
• Fees will be deducted from recovered proceeds or invoiced upon disbursement.
Client is responsible for any government filing fees unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate documentation
• Respond promptly to requests
• Execute required forms
• Notify us of any direct communication from agencies
Failure to cooperate may delay or void claim processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee recovery of funds.
• We are not liable for agency processing delays.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid to us.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation
• Mediation, if necessary
